Celebrating Carl Jordan’s Retirement!
After over 30 years with U.S. Bank, Carl Jordan is retiring. Help us celebrate his incredible banking and leadership career and thank him for all he has done for U.S. Bank by submitting a message, picture(s) or a video that we can share with him. We will edit everything to music and share with Carl, giving him something to remember all the people he loved the most.
Video messages and photos are preferred, but if you feel more comfortable simply sharing a written message, all submissions are welcome and appreciated.

Before You Begin:
If you’re planning to send a video message, please record it in advance. Once you’ve completed your recording, come back here to upload it as part of the submission process.
How to Submit Your Message:
1. If you want to send a video message, record it using your smart phone/tablet.
This should be a short video with references to good memories and/or a well wishes for the future.
2. Scan the QR Code:
Use your phone’s camera or QR code scanner to scan the code.
3. Access the Submission Form:
The QR code will take you directly to the submission form.
4. Submit Your Content:
- Type your message, upload your photos, or attach your pre-recorded video.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your submission.
