Celebrating our dream teams!

To inspire next year’s Dream Teams, we are asking each team to create a video sharing their story of how they achieved this recognition.

Each video will begin with a personal message from the market leader(s) followed by each team’s unique story and top best practice. These videos will be an integral part of General Session at NWMM– so this is your time to shine!

To make this happen, please follow the directions below and complete your submission no later than August 15, 2025.

Tips to create a great video

Practice: Practice what you want to say but don’t be afraid to wing it. You are telling a story not auditioning for a movie role. If you prefer added support, consider downloading a teleprompter app on your tablet or phone.

Background: Be aware of your background. Light and movement are particularly important to be aware of. Excess movement like kids, traffic and pets can steal the viewer’s attention.

Light: Too much back lighting can darken the foreground. Whatever type of light you are using, natural, florescent or incandescent, make sure it’s lighting the subject matter. Try to avoid dimly lit and very bright environments.

Audio: Be sure to speak clearly and close to your camera. Avoid environments with loud or distracting ambient noises.

Look at the camera: This one is simple. When you look at the camera (not your screen) your viewer can better connect with you and what you have to say.

Review: Watch your video before you submit it and look for the things discussed above. If you don’t like it, just rerecord it until you are happy with what you have.

Before You Begin:

If you’re planning to send a video message, please record it in advance. Once you’ve completed your recording, come back here to upload it as part of the submission process.

How to Submit Your Message:

1. If you want to send a video message, record it using your smart phone/tablet.

Be sure to record your video in landscape format (horizontal) rather than portrait (vertical). You may also want to consider a tripod or propping your phone on a surface to keep it steady. It will minimize movement that may distract from what’s important. All of these apply even if someone else is recording for you.

2. Scan the QR Code:

Use your phone’s camera or QR code scanner to scan the code.

3. Access the Submission Form:

The QR code will take you directly to the submission form.

4. Submit Your Content:

  • Type your message, upload your photos, or attach your pre-recorded video.
